-Turnaround of our handmade, custom product is dependent upon the request(s) of the customer. An estimated delivery time can be discussed between artisan and customer, however, due to the nature of craftsmanship, there may be delays and this estimation may not be entirely accurate. We ask that you are patient while we design and bring to life your one-of-a-kind leather piece. It is well worth the wait!
-We want nothing more than to make our customers happy, however, Cool Tool Leather reserves the right to withdraw or cancel services at any point in time. The dignity of our artisans stands at the forefront of our craft, as we believe that quality begins with care.
-Cool Tool asks that any art placed onto any piece for a customer be owned intellectually by said customer, be used with permission, or be within the public domain. We do not intend to infringe on the copyright or intellectual property of any entity or individual. If you believe we are infringing upon your copyright or intellectual property, we encourage you to reach out so that we can rectify the situation.
-At any point during the creation process or if you are unsatisfied with what you have already received, we urge you to reach out to us and allow us a chance to fix or modify the product to your satisfaction. We take pride in our work and guarantee each piece for life.
-Cool Tool Leather is proud to guarantee everything made in our workshop for life! Our lifetime guarantee includes any natural failing of the piece, errors from the workshop, or any other small issue hat is not the fault of the customer. We do not guarantee the product in cases of major tears, or excessive damage not caused by our workshop or unnatural failing of the piece.
-If you have an issue with your piece, we encourage you to reach out and allow us a chance to fix our error. Your satisfaction as a customer is of upmost importance to us! We believe that every piece deserves a chance to shine, and you along with it!
-If you believe that your piece is unfixable and you are truly unsatisfied, or if for any other reason you feel entitled to a refund, we ask that you reach out to us so we can discuss with you the best steps to take toward resolving the issue. We value your time and money!
